Consent / Enrollment

This program is intended for internal IT employees and authorized contractors only. Enrollment occurs during onboarding and/or when a technician is assigned to the on-call rotation. Technicians provide their mobile number and consent to receive recurring operational SMS notifications for ticket assignments and escalations. Consent is recorded by IT (name, mobile number, date/time, and enrollment method). Technicians may opt out at any time by replying STOP or by contacting IT to be removed from the notification list.
